For the past 50 years, Laurelbrook Nursing Home has been noted for quality care with a "caring" staff, certified aides, a country setting, planned activities, transportation as needed to doctors, and a spiritual atmosphere. It is located next to the Laurelbrook Seventh-day Adventist Church, and residents who are able may attend church in a beautiful little chapel.

The nursing home is Medicaid certified, participates in 501, and is certified for Title I and Handicapped. The program also offers speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and tube feeding as necessary.
