Labor Department Appeals Court Case

The U.S. Labor Department has appealed U.S. District Judge Curtis L. Collier's decision in the case of the U.S. Department of Labor vs. Laurelbrook. That earlier court decision was in favor of Laurelbrook. The case will be tried in Cincinatti, Ohio by a panel of three judges. No new evidence will be introduced at this phase. The final decision may come sometime in late summer or early fall of 2010 due to appeals court procedures.

Please continue your prayers about this case. Donations to cover the $100,000 cost of the appeal process would be welcome.  For details about the earlier court case documents or news articles, click
