Laurelbrook's main goal is the training of young people to serve God throughout the world in whatever capacity He chooses to place them. To develop students' vocational skills, the Laurelbrook staff has organized a number of training certificates.

There are a number of vocational certificates offered - Agriculture, Building Arts, Environmental Services, Plant Services, Food Services, Certified Nursing Assistant, Child Development,  Water Services, Offices Procedures, Mechanical Arts, and Grounds Management.
