Elementary Students Prepare Exhibit
Under the direction of teachers Sherry Person and Shymone Moses, Laurelbrook Elementary School students put on a social studies and Creation exhibit in one of the classrooms of the academy building. Ms. Moses’ upper grade scholars concentrated on various American states while Ms. Person’s lower grade students illustrated the days mentioned in the Biblical account of Creation.
Along with the posters they had prepared, the students dressed up in costumes dealing with their exhibit’s subject. They also provided food samples for guests to enjoy.
